How The Executive Review builds the monthly Trending Score

Every executive on these pages carries a Trending Score from 0 to 100. It is an editorial composite — not a single metric — recalculated for each monthly edition.

What the score weighs

• Momentum (trailing 90 days) — press and search interest, notable hiring, product launches, funding and revenue disclosures, conference and community presence.
• Peer citation — how often other operators reference the executive's work, frameworks, or playbooks.
• Durable performance — a track record of building or scaling revenue, product, or organizations that lasts beyond a single quarter.

Movement

The ▲ Rising / ▼ Dropped / ★ New Entry / — Holding badges reflect each executive's change versus the prior edition. Rankings are relative within a discipline and reset every month.

Independence

Placement is editorial. The Executive Review does not accept payment for inclusion, ranking, or spotlight selection. Featured executives are not notified in advance and do not review coverage before publication.
