Kory White
A franchise-system operator who rose to Regional President, built a market from zero to a $200M+ operation, and now works as a fractional Chief Revenue Officer.
A franchise-system operator turned revenue leader
Kory White is a Chief Revenue Officer, VP of Franchise Operations and former Regional President based in Stevensville, Maryland. He spent more than two decades leading multi-unit operations inside a franchise system, and today works as a fractional Chief Revenue Officer as a partner in CRO Syndicate.[1][3]
The Executive Review featured him in its April 2026 Executive Spotlight, where he was ranked among the Top Trending CROs.[2]
From the sales floor to Regional President
White built his career in the field, on sales floors and in retail markets, before rising to Regional President at one of the nation's largest authorized wireless retailers. There he led a market of more than 200 people to back-to-back No. 1 national rankings and 112% of quota.[2]
He has described scaling as a series of lessons rather than one breakthrough: "Scaling an enterprise to $3B isn't about a single big win. It's about the hundreds of lessons learned when the pressure is on and the quota is climbing."[2]
Franchise operations
His franchise-operations work centers on running many locations to one standard: field coaching, store openings and turnarounds, scorecards and the operating cadence that keeps a multi-unit network on plan. That background is what he now brings to growth-stage companies as a fractional revenue executive.[1][3]
Fractional CRO work
As a partner in CRO Syndicate, White works with companies on pipeline discipline, forecasting, compensation design and putting AI to work in the revenue team. In April 2026 he published a full revenue operating system for free on LinkedIn, which drew wide attention from founders and RevOps practitioners.[2][3]
On The Executive List
